“Doing the ELI Assessment and debrief with Rachel sparked a massive journey of personal growth for me. Getting a read on how I was showing up in my life was extremely helpful in order to figure out the next steps, and I loved having it laid out for me in such a tangible way in the form of the chart. Rachel provides the most loving, non-judgmental mirror where I felt free to express anything and everything that came up for me. It was such a great experience that I then decided to go through the Law of Being program with Rachel, which was a whole new transformative journey. It allowed me to confront myself in ways that I didn’t know I needed to, as well as provided me with the tools to continue to look at these aspects of my life as I continue to grow and gain the capacity to go even deeper. Some of the changes in my life that resulted from doing this work with Rachel included a complete change in my eating habits, improved relationships because I gained the confidence to express my feelings effectively and without judgement, and learning how to show up authentically and in my power, which resulted in multiple job offers in leadership roles even though I didn’t have previous experience.
